What a wonderful opportunity is life. One enters this life with nothing. One leaves this life with nothing. Everything that takes place between one’s birth and one’s death is a process of creating and destroying, making and taking, giving and receiving.

What matters most in life, is that one lives a life that leaves this place better. This requires that one make more than one takes, that one gives more than one receives, and that one creates in excess of what one destroys.

These balances are not material in nature; they are spiritual in nature. If one is to leave this place better, one must apply the force of will and direct one’s earthly body to contribute goodness to this land in excess of what this body draws from this land. In this way, your life becomes a holy act of prayer and service.

The purpose of living is prayer and service. Since you arrive here with nothing, there is no store upon which you can draw, which will create the additional goodness that is required of you. At most there can only be equality in giving and taking. But if you rely upon God to provide for all your needs, then God will provide you with the energy required to contribute to this world, beyond that which you receive from this world.

A life of service and prayer means a life of total reliance upon God. Such a life is blessed. This life waits for everyone.

I am here. I love you each and all. I swear to you by everything holy and pure, that the contributing life is the life of peace.
