My Brothers and Sisters,

Above all else in this life, you should find within your heart the love and concern that dwells there for those who suffer. Without care and service toward these ones, this life is not only incomplete, but it is unsuccessful. It is a vital and very important part of your purpose that you should care for one another, give to one another, and love and serve one another.

This was my example, and I prayed that all who knew of my works would follow my ways and bring God's peace among the people of this place. It is by your service that you bring this peace into this world. It is by this love and peace that the human family is mended and becomes the child of God.

Do not turn away from the bountiful opportunities around you, but rather maintain your heart as an open door, and as a fountain of charity. The most precious of your gifts is compassion. A human heart is beautiful, and its beauty is most visible, through compassion. When once you see this truth, you will try to remain always in this state of holy service. All is holy, holy, holy.
